Announcements
The first day of practice for Sheyenne High School and Liberty Middle School cross country will be our annual "Midnight Madness" practice scheduled for Monday, August 10, beginning at midnight (12 a.m.) at the Sheyenne High School track.
Parent Meeting is Tuesday, August 11, 6 p.m. at the Sheyenne HS track.
To be eligible to participate in cross country this season, each athlete needs to have an up to date physical and be registered with the activities office HERE.

Team Schedules
The 2026 season for the Sheyenne High School and Liberty Middle School cross country programs will kick off August 22 at the Orriginals Invitational in Jamestown.

Coaching Staff
Head Coach: Jared Slinde
Jared Slinde will take over as the head boys and girls cross country coach for the 2026 season after seven years spent as an assistant coach with the Sheyenne XC program. He also serves as the head boys track and field coach and teaches photography and graphic design at Sheyenne High School.
